The side printer has 2 printer units, one on each side of the conveyor, and each unit consists of 2 printing decks. The standard universal model adjusts from 12 to 18 degrees to fit most egg carton styles. Fixed angle units are also available. Magnetic plate cylinders are standard. The ink cup, ink fountain and inker assemblies detach easily for cleaning and maintenance.
The impression roll tooling, located under the side printer, has removable shoes. A set of custom impression shoes is required for each different egg carton.
